We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for Senior Communications Consultants to work with some of the worlds biggest corporate brands helping them to deliver first class communication strategies that build trust, reputation, and engage with key stakeholders, within a Global Strategic Communications organisation.

Job Brief/Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be:

• A strategic advisor: providing strategic counsel and guidance to senior business leaders confidently and maturely in a wide variety of fields including, but not limited to; corporate communications, campaign strategy, reputation management, strategic content development, corporate narrative development, and influencer mapping.

• A campaigns expert, adept at budgeting and financial management: leading end-to-end integrated campaigns, from the development of insights, strategy, and content to their activation and measurement. Ability to develop robust fee and cost proposals, negotiate fees with clients, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of a project against a proposal.

• A skilled writer: drafting strategic, high-quality briefing documents, multi-touchpoint communication plans, content plans, narratives, messaging and positioning for clients.

• A passionate builder of relationships: developing and expanding our client relationships; identifying potential leads and areas of growth with existing clients as well expanding our reach and relevance with a broader set of businesses with new ideas and services.

• A senior leader and mentor: coaching internal team members and supporting their professional development as well as being a source for new ideas and inspiration for the firm.

Requirements:

• Extensive communications expertise: The Senior Consultant role is for those with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in strategic communications, either at PR agencies or in-house communications roles. Significant experience working with large, multinational businesses is required.

• Proven experience developing, implementing and project-leading high-profile strategic communications campaigns and corporate narratives, addressing a range of complex issues across a variety of industries.

• Demonstrably strong and trusted relationships with senior business leaders and other important stakeholders, in media, political, and financial fields.

• Intellectual rigor, excellent insights and problem-solving capabilities, including knowledge and experience using industry tools, such as Pulsar, Factiva, Quid and Moz.

• Outstanding organisational, time and priority management skills , including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once.

• Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills : fluency in spoken and written English are a must, and additional language skills are a plus.

• Earned a bachelors degree.
• Strong command of all Microsoft Office programs.
• The right to work in the UK and can demonstrate it if requested.
