Overview:

My client is looking to looking to strengthen there phase II & III team through the recruitment of a Senior Director Business Development to support there business development activities covering clients in the UK, Ireland and Israel. As a Senior Director Business Development, you will be tasked with promoting and selling the phase II and III services to there clients. Your role will be a mix of working with existing accounts to build and strengthen the relationship as well as identifying and securing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge, embody, and uphold the companies core values, which revolve around there dedication to People, Clients, and Performance.
• Travel (approximately 40%) domestic and/or international.
• Maintain regular contact with current sponsors and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Coordinate RFP process & response.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Solo Contrition position. (Hunter)

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years business development experience, selling clinical services. (CRO)
• Outstanding network within Biotech industry.
• Currently achieving an annual target of £10 million minimum.
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Technology or a related discipline.
