We have a fantastic opportunity for an Senior Media Executive to join our growing team in London working across Offline Media planning and buying: TV, print, radio and outdoor. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the Media industry and grow within an established agency.

You will get internal and external training as well as industry recognised qualifications.

You will work closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager to implement and execute Media campaigns across a whole spectrum of Offline Media. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in a fast paced and varied role.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimising offline media campaigns, using data and making recommendations
  • Planning and media admin tasks (use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS)
  • Analysing all client and media owner outputs
  • Regular contact with media owners
  • Highlighting invoice queries and raise to line manager
  • Spot matching and schedules
  • Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
  • Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
  • Use of schedule and spreadsheet calculations
  • Checking insertions against media schedules and update
  • Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
  • Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns
