Your role is pivotal in building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships, representing the department in crucial meetings with both internal and external project stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and pension administration. A vast background in Excel is essential, as the ability to perform VLOOKUPs and produce pivot tables will be a daily requirement.
Your expertise will enable you to interpret complex data with ease, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data projects.
Collaboration is key; you will work alongside fellow pensions teams to deliver project requirements within Key Performance Indicators. These include time scales, deliverables, quality, and sign-off, guiding the planning process to meet and exceed expectations.
Proficiency in DB pension schemes and pension administration.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
The ability to interpret and manage complex data sets.
Experience in checking calculations for accuracy and compliance.
Strong communication skills to foster and maintain professional relationships.
A proactive approach to guiding project planning and delivery within set KPIs.
