 Job Description – Senior Project Analyst  

As a Senior Project Analyst at 4GLOBAL, you will assume a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to account managers and the senior management team.

Your role will encompass leading research activities to influence the company's strategic direction significantly.

Your expertise and analytical acumen will be vital in identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize project outcomes.

You must thrive in analysing details while keeping sight of the bigger picture and confidently engage both internal and external stakeholders, providing high-quality input to tenders and operational activities.

We are looking for someone with:  

• An exceptional, dedicated and professional individual with a passion for sport, research, analytics and project management. 
• Experience of applying analysis and research techniques with a keen eye for detail. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of building successful professional relationships  
• Exceptional professional written (English) and numerical skills as well as excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. 
• Excellent I.T. skills with experience of using the full suite of Microsoft and software packages including Word and Excel for report writing and data analysis. 
• A proactive nature and a self-motivated mentality and can do attitude. 
• Experience of successful project and client management including the delivery of multiple projects under tight timescales and deadlines. 
• The ability to thrive working as part of a team.  
• Demonstrated experience of using their own initiative to identify and deliver solutions to problems.  

• Desirable skills, qualifications, and experience:  
• A personal interest and experience of participating in sport and physical activity. 
• Skills and experience in data analytics, including predictive modelling and analysis of large and complex datasets 
• Experience and knowledge of the UK sport and leisure sector.  
• A degree or masters in a relevant sport, management, or business degree
