SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR | PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES |COMPETITIVE SALARY & PACKAGE

A fantastic opportunity to work with one of the industry leading, residential groundworks companies.

The company are looking to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor to handle the commercial responsibility for their residential groundwork projects, in and around Towcester.

Project Types Include:
•Residential Groundworks Packages
•Foundations to speculative & social housing projects, related 278 works, roads & sewers.

The Role:
To oversee the commercial aspect of projects, working closely with the commercial manager for the region.
You will be overseeing multiple projects at any given time.
You will be responsible for the training and development of Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, each shall report directly to you.
You will work closely with the Commercial Director for all commercial responsibilities on the projects.
