Elsdon Energy are working with a leading Wind Farm developer in the UK, who are looking to add a Site Manager/Supervisor to the team.
This will be a field based role, where the place of work could change from month to month.
However, it is not a rotation based role.
Some of the day to day tasks are as follows::
- Oversee the project teams at the wind farm
- Support the wider team with site planning and execution
- Overseeing civil and electrical works
- Ensuring safe delivery of the turbines, towers and blades
- Managing safety and environmental requirements
- Be the point of contact for our customer and all site contractors
- Provide the Project Team with updates, concerns and possible delays
The key skills we are looking for:
- Site Manager experience
- Experience working on BOP projects
- Civils/foundations/utilities experience
- Prior experience of managing the construction of a wind farm
