Social Worker in Crookham

As a Social Worker, you are the reason why lives change for the better. You help some of the most vulnerable people gain a brighter future. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, as you work as part of a multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park where you will provide care for providing support for forensic patients detained under the Mental Health Act.  You will be taking a lead role within the multi-disciplinary teams for child and adult safeguarding and liaising with a host of external agencies to enable them to fulfil their statutory duties, for example: MAPPA, Local Authority Social Services, Police and Probation.You will have previous experience from the NHS or private care as you manage a complex caseload.
