You will collaborate closely with several prestigious universities and contribute to the success of our students.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this dynamic role, you will lead and support students by providing efficient student support services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting face-to-face marketing and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Contacting clients and maintaining a tracker of interactions.
  • Providing guidance to clients regarding university programs and courses.
  • Welcoming applicants and assisting with document preparation.
  • Assisting students in preparing their CVs and personal statements.
  • Facilitating online applications and following up with students.
  • Liaising with partner universities/colleges and arranging interviews.
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, report generation, and presentations.
  • Monitoring students' applications at various stages and serving as a key point of contact internally and externally.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess strong initiative and teamwork skills.

We seek an individual who can communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and adapt to a varied workload.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an educational environment and familiarity with marketing and student recruitment.
  • Ideally, a marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in any of the following languages would be advantageous: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, and Swedish.
