Role Description
A to Z Autoparts is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire and attract quality employees.
The role requires identifying and initiating new recruitment opportunities, communicating with candidates to establish rapport, and assisting in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
This is a hybrid role located in Birmingham, with some ability to work remotely.
Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.
g.
social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on candidate selection
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
