Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the company, including window cleaners, sales executives and more.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards and Linked In.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and create talent pools for our ever-growing regions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools, preferably with experience in volume recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
