Apply Now Office Angels Glasgow are recruiting for a temporary data entry administrator on behalf of a market leading technology business, based in the Finnieston area of Glasgow.
This assignment is expected to last 2-3 weeks and the rate of pay is £11.50 per hour. Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
This is a fully office based role.
The role involves providing an accurate and diligent level of administration.
The primary duties include:
· Transference of company data into a new internal application system.
· Handling client administrative requests.
· Record and maintain all information and resolving queries within set timescales
· Communicating effectively with colleagues
· Recording and lodging information
· Willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution
Successful candidates must be:
· Hardworking
· Positive attitude and approach to work
· Detail orientated
· Have good organisational skills
· Able to use own initiative
· Happy to carry out a repetitive task
· Experienced with Windows operating systems & Microsoft Office
