A Test Technician is required to join their highly skilled team as soon as possible, Apply now to avoid disappointment as the company are looking to conduct interviews immediately.Role & Responsibilities:To undertake development and testing activities on a range of low and medium voltage accessories.Run the laboratory test programmes including low and high voltage electrical testing to British and International standardsCarry out and mechanical testing in line with the requirements of British and International standards.Build test samples and test rigs in line with the designs of the R&D teamAs part of the Design and development process collate and report results of ongoing test programmes to the electrical products engineer and other R&D teams.Provides support for product familiarization both at a customer's site and in the Components laboratory.Provides training and supervision on laboratory test equipment to the team.Manages the maintenance and calibration programmes of the laboratory test equipment.
