Because of organic growth, they are looking for a Trainee Administrator to permanently join their business.Based in LEEDS, just a few miles from the M621, the Trainee Administrator can easily accessible from Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wetherby, York and Harrogate.Key responsibilities of the Trainee Administrator will include:Working with a long established Engineering organisation and providing generic administrative support to their quality department, including but not limited to:Responding to customer enquiries & queries in a timely mannerArranging transportation for materials & components where necessaryAccurately maintaining a number of internal databasesFor the Trainee Administrator role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess the following:Experience working with Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)The willingness to develop their skills and undergo trainingWorking Hours of the Trainee Administrator:37 Hours per week, spread across a day shift patternMonday to Thursday: 07:30 to 16:00Friday: 07:30 to 12:30In return the Trainee Administrator will receive:Annual Salary: £22,000.00 (£11.44 per hour)Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days (25 + statutory holidays)Auto-enrolment to company pension after initial probationOptional Simply Healthcare plans24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for employees & immediate familyStable employment that will offer long-term career opportunitiesTo apply for this position, please click "Apply Now" and attach a copy of your CV.
