Treating everyone with respect and upholding integrity, from clients and employees to suppliers.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both candidates and the Team.· Recruit, onboard and ensure a good level of compliance process for the candidates.· Proactively contact prospective applicants for pre screening calls and get them into compliance process.· Support applicants throughout the recruitment journey.· Recruit a full time/ Contractual work and manage the live bookings for Ad-hoc shifts, making ensure every client receives best service.· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.· Happy to be office based, Mon to Fri 9 AM – 6.00 PM
