ACADEMIC APPOINTMENTS are currently looking for someone to join our team at our Head office in Leeds.Your main role will be to support our experienced Senior Consultants to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day, but will include, taking and dealing with incoming customer enquiries, producing high quality marketing for our clients, creating web jobs, shortlisting candidates for roles, filling bookings, and helping with the sourcing and compliance of candidates.Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (OTE), negotiable and dependant on experienceWork Hours: Term time: 7:00am – 4pm / 8:30am -5:30pm shifts - Out of term: 9am – 3pmA rewarding bonus scheme up to 10% of billings.25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) which grow each year you work with us, plus your birthday off work.Once you’ve had a thorough induction and grounding in what we do, our senior consultants will personalize your Trainee Consultant programme to develop your skills and experience further, working to building your very own desk.Why Academic Appointments?At Academic Appointments, our consultants are supported by an experienced ‘back office’ team, which helps ease the pressures that a 360 role can bring.Our Candidate & Compliance Team work tirelessly to attract and recruit the best talent out there – they control the whole vetting process!
