Travel Sales Consultant in Edinburgh

Join our team at Flavours Holidays as a Sales Consultant where you'll play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with both new and existing guests. From initial enquiry to booking and feedback, you'll guide guests seamlessly through their holiday experience, ensuring their needs are met every step of the way.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to meet company targets and objectives.
• Respond promptly to emails, including fulfilling brochure requests.
• Provide expert advice to guests on their holiday options.
• Facilitate bookings and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with existing and potential guests to drive sales.
• Process payments efficiently
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to align strategies and share insights.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably B2C.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional sales and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based interactions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated patience, resilience, and persistence.
• Positive, motivated, and proactive attitude.

We offer a competitive salary starting at £26,000, with additional commission based on achieving targets.
