Job Title: Vehicle Damage AssessorLocation: Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3SBSalary: Up to £32,000 – Total OTE £35,000Full Time and PermanentWorking hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pmOur client has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Our Client is seeking a talented Vehicle Estimator to join their team in Stockton-on-Tees. If you have an eye for precision and enjoy assessing and valuating vehicle damage, this role is the perfect fit for you.As a Vehicle Estimator, your role will be crucial in evaluating and estimating the cost of vehicle repairs and services. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers, insurance companies and our service team.Responsibilites: * Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and required repairs. * Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repair work * Consult with customers and insurance companies to explain estimates and repair processes * Ensure the use of genuine and high-quality parts and materials * Maintain clear and organised records of estimates and repair orders.The Ideal candidate will: * Previous experience in a similar role. * A team player with a can-do attitude * Confident delivery of accurate vehicle repair estimates. * Knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and PAS 10125 are essential. * Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment * Up to date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques. * Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction * Help achieve sales targets * Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times * Comply with Health & Safety ProceduresBenefits include: * Healthcare cash plan * 24 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) per annum rising with length of service * Discounted shopping, gym and dining benefits * Time saved bonusTo apply for this excellent opportunity please submit your full and up to date CV in the strictest of confidence to Jack at Pybus Recruitment
