Workshop Operative in Suffolk

Hales Group are currently seeking a Workshop Operative to join our client based in Lowestoft.   We are looking for someone to work with the existing workshop team to carry out processes to meet the demands of customer orders/stock requirements. You will be working Monday to Friday each week and have full Flexibility during peak trading periods (may include evenings and weekends)Main Duties of Workshop Operative Include:Predominately the use of hand tools such as DA grinder and scotch-brite Ensure product policies/procedures/checks are followed at all times Ensure all product tasks are carried out to job card and drawing instructions Participate in target setting/improvements through departmental/business meetings  In order to be considered for the role of Workshop Operative:Ability to read basic engineering drawings Good practical skills for using plant, tools & equipment Flexible approach, open to change and has the ability to be multi-skilled Good communication skills and integrity  LOCATION : Pakefield, LowestoftHOURS: 6am – 3pm ROTA: Monday to Friday (Flexibility during peak trading periods, may include evenings and weekends)PAY: £11.44 per hourDURATION: Temporary to permanent    Why work through Hales Group?
