We are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Operative to produce wooden products Description

LOCATION: Tetbury

HOURS: 20 Hours per week Monday to Friday 

PERMANENT JOB

We are looking to recruit a skilled Workshop Operative working in wood to produce items for the gift sector. We are able to offer a post on a part time basis on a permanent contract with our valued client. You must have previous experience of working in a wood shop and used to operating band saws, nail guns, chop saws, table saws, radial arm saw, drills, planers and sanders. 

Responsibilities

•Building small and large wooden animal shelters and habitats

•Use of band saws, table saws, drills and other machinery

•Use of hand tools

•Working with a small team

Personal Skills / Qualifications

•Previous experience of working in a production environment

•Able to operate machinery

•Practical problem solver
