Ardeta Search is partnering with a Premier Growth Marketing Agency to recruit an Account Director on a permanent basis.

As an Account Director, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's specific objectives. The role will lead a team of account managers, collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions, and drive organic growth within existing client accounts

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's specific objectives, ensuring alignment with their growth goals.
• leadership and mentorship to a team of account managers, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
• closely with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists, creative teams, and data analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that drive client success.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and integrate them into client strategies as needed.
• Drive organic growth within existing client accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and delivering additional value through strategic initiatives

Skills:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management or client services roles within a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
• Success in managing client relationships and achieving results for high-growth businesses.
• Grasp of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, PR, and social media.

This is an exciting role working with an excellent organisation paying between £60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
