The Role:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning their solutions as indispensable to their success.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute insights for product development based on client feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS, technology or construction industry.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
  • This is a North England Territiory role

For the right candidate, the base salary is £50K + £30/40K OTE.
