Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Redpath Media team.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by leveraging our cutting-edge ad management platform, ExAds along with commercially astute account management to align the goals of our advertisers and our own business.This role is ideal for a dynamic and commercially minded individual with a proven track record in online advertising sales and ideally a background in the online dating and social networking vertical.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, affiliates, networks, and publishers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage and grow advertising revenues through effective use of our ExAds ad management platform.
  • Understand the needs of advertisers and publishers to create win-win advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage existing relationships within the online dating and social networking sectors to expand our client base.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic advertising solutions that meet clients' objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling online advertising and managing campaigns using ad management platforms, preferably ExAds.
  • Strong background in online dating and social networking industries verticals.
  • Existing relationships with advertisers, affiliates, networks, and publishers are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, numeracy skills, and strategic thinking capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, and positive with an optimistic outlook on life.
  • Strong desire to achieve commercial success, with remuneration aligned to performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with openness to relocate to Windsor, United Kingdom, or work remotely.
