This is a really exciting opportunity that offers fantastic progression & the chance to take on new responsibilities. This is an office based role (to help with personal development) that can offer up to £42,000 pa & a full study support package. Please see below the responsibilities & skills required -Job Duties:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reportsResponsibilities for transactional finance processesSuggest process improvements and implement them where possibleSupport the Management Accountant in budgeting and forecasting activitiesPerform variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performanceConduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepanciesAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsParticipate in the month-end and year-end closing processesRequired Qualifications:AAT qualification or equivalent or higherStrong understanding of financial principles and accounting practisesProficiency in Excel and accounting softwareBeneficial Skills:Excellent level of communication Strong desire to progress & learn Ability to self analyse & improveAbility to work independently Fast learner IN2Consult / Assistant MA / up to £42,000 pa / Excellent progression & learning opportunities / Marylebone
