JOB TITLE: Billing Administrator

LOCATION: Glasgow

CONTRACT: Temporary Maternity Cover  - full time

SALARY: Competitive

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic, competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Play a pivotal role in the closing of the month end billing and in the production of key accounting reports

·       Assist running Reports for Senior Management Team

·       Assist in raising Purchase Orders

·       Assist in Weekly and monthly billing procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·       A proactive approach

·       Able to work to tight deadlines

·       Have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy of output

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English both written and verbal

·       Flexible, able to plan, prioritise and manage workloads

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
