Change Project Manager in UK

As a Change Manager specialising in Account Transformation, Innovation, and Improvements at Mitie, you will be instrumental in driving change initiatives across client accounts to enhance service delivery, achieve cost savings, and foster innovation.

Working within a complex environment, you will lead cross-functional teams, leverage Mitie's core values, and implement strategies to drive successful transformational change.

Change Leadership:

• Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to each client account, aligned with Mitie's core values and objectives.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams through the change process, ensuring alignment, engagement, and successful implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and frontline staff, to understand their needs, gain buy-in, and foster a collaborative partnership.

Account Transformation:

• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising service quality.
