Collections Assistant Permanent (35 hours) Perth £26, Meraki Talent is partnered with a UK-wide, established business to support with the recruitment of a Collections Assistant.
This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of c.
£26, and a hybrid working model.

The purpose of the Collections Assistant is to:
- Provide support by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and agreeing payment plans
- Analyse and report on customer data
- Deal with complex billing and service issues
You must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and take ownership of tasks
- Be ambitious with drive to develop professionally
- Expert problem-solving and investigation skills
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have experience from a customer client facing role in a professional setting(e.g call center)
- Have working knowledge from a financial service or banking background – particularly reconciliations/settlements experience
- Have experience in reporting and analysis
- Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills
