Composite Laminators in UK

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 - dependent upon experience

Shift Required: Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday (10 hour shifts)

Memento Exclusives works with some of the world’s most high-profile sports, including Formula 1, UFC and MotoGP, as a supplier of official licensed product and show cars.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Composite Build Technicians to join us here at our site in Bugbrooke.

Key Accountabilities and duties will be :

• As a composite Laminator, you will be responsible for Laminating complex components with experience in pre-preg materials within the motorsport and automotive industry.
• Ideally chassis and structural experience, other parts welcome with a strong understanding of processes and procedures following manuals in accordance to quality standards.
• Reading and following working instruction from production manuals to ensure components are manufactured to the highest quality standards with minimal scrap.
• Ensuring that patterns / moulds / components are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of damage
• Confident to work independently and prioritise duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment at all times

You will support Composite manufacture with a solution finding mindset to improving efficiencies, ensuring processes are delivered to the highest standards.

You will ideally have 2 years’ experience in composite laminating.
