Conflicts and AML Analyst
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier law firm for a Conflicts and AML Analyst.
You can look forward to joining a leading mid-sized law firm with international offices and boasting an
interesting client base of tech start-ups, global household names, life science and health tech companies, electronics companies, aviation companies, sports and entertainment companies.
The team is headed up by a talented and enthusiastic manager who is supportive and encourages the team to develop their skills and take on more responsibility.
As well as running the conflicts checks you will be involved in analysing the findings and drafting reports and recommendations for steps to implement to take on the client (ie information barriers, client waivers etc) and you will also assign a risk rating for level of due diligence to be completed and perform sanctions, PEPs and adverse media checks.
If you have at least 2 years experience in legal Conflicts or AML (or ideally both!
) at a law firm we’d love to hear from you.
Intapp experience would be an added bonus and as they are currently centralising the conflicts process someone with experience in a centralised team would be advantageous.
