About the Client:

Our client is a workflow automation and document management solutions provider.

Catering to various industries, their platform helps to create efficiency for document workflow, compliance, and collaboration.

The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a B2B focused Creative Director who has experience scaling out creative processes, strategies, and implementation for companies looking to reinvent their brand image.

You will help drive the overall company creative strategy, spearhead any company rebranding, and also manage 2-3 Junior Creative Designers.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this individual will be instrumental in redefining the creative direction for the entire company and will work with key-stakeholders to help drive forward a successful brand identity.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

• You must have 5+ years of experience in a strategic creative role, preferably from a well-known creative agency and/or a high growth B2B tech company.
• Strong creative portfolio that showcases successful creative campaigns, B2B creative projects, and strong design skills.
• You must have 2+ years of creative leadership experience managing full-time permanent creative professionals and should be able to manage growth-focused creative teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both internal teams and clients.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Proficient in design softwares such as Figma and also Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with industry trends, modern creative strategy, and marketing strategies.
