THE ROLE
The position requires an outgoing personality that can deal with customers via phone and email in a polite and friendly manner.
The applicant will need to develop a good understanding of our products in order to give the correct help to our customers.
You will be required to work in a busy environment at a fast pace, using your own initiative and skills alongside your training to solve customer issues.
After a 2-week training period you will be required to answer phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner.
