Industria Personnel Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customs Administrator to join our successful client based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

About our Client

Distribution Centre. Specializes in the design and operation of supply chain solutions for technology customers.

How you will contribute:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers
  • Completion of all daily reports in a timely manner including all client 
  • Ensure all daily/weekly reports are completed accurately and sent in a timely manner
  • Liaise on a daily basis with all other departments
  • Process large amounts of commercial and shipping paperwork, extract correct sets of information to populate and create control logs, calculate unit values, formulate Freight amounts and duty VAT prices
  • Communicate with customers and HMRC and answer queries 
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • The successful applicant desirable skills and experience:

  • Must be able to follow through on all assignments
  • Meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong office administration skills including complete knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional, accurate & precise, ability to manage multiple tasks
  • You must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • 6 months work experience as an administrator required, full training provided, no other qualifications required

    • Hours of work: 08:30 – 17:00 /14:30 - 23:00 Monday to Friday;

    Salary: £11.44 per hour

    Start as soon as possible

    Job Types: Temporary ongoing contract

    Own transport would be essential due to location.
