Responsibilities:Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to childrenEnsure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of developmentPromote and facilitate strong and communicative relationships with parents, carers and other family membersThe capability to observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of improvement and tailoring teaching strategies accordinglyMaintain a culture of self-evaluation and self-development to promote continuous learningKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Level 3 or above recognised childcare qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation of knowledge in early childhood education and development.
