Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver dynamic, play-based lessons that ignite curiosity and foster holistic development in children aged 3 to 5.
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and learn.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and support staff to design and implement a rich and varied curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our learners.
Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing regular communication and opportunities for involvement in their child's learning journey.
Utilize assessment tools and observations to track student progress, identify individual strengths and areas for growth, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a passion for implementing best practices in early childhood education.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young children, parents, and colleagues alike.
Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for igniting a love of learning in young minds.
