This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for young children's lifelong learning journey.Responsibilities:Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate storytelling, interactive games, and hands-on activities to captivate young minds while fostering a love for learningCreate a Nurturing Environment: Establish a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel safe to express themselves and explore new ideas, encouraging curiosity and building confidenceAssess Student Progress: Utilize a variety of assessment methods, such as observations, checklists, and portfolios, to track each child's development and tailor instruction accordingly, ensuring personalized learning experiencesCollaborate with Parents and Colleagues: Foster strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and involvement in school activities.
