Storm are looking to hire a number of Business Development Executives who will join a thriving sales team at their HQ in Watford. Your first 3 months will be primarily focussed on learning WHO Storm are, WHAT they do and HOW they do it. During this time you will start to make sales calls whilst receiving regular coaching and feedback to help perfect your sales pitch. Once you are competent at making sales calls and familiar with Storm's offering your KPIs and targets will ramp up steadily as you seek out new business opportunities. Joining Storm you will be comprehensive training programme, extensive support and guidance tailored to your own individual journey. More importantly, the sales team have access to all the resources that you need to succeed including Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
This is initially a new business focussed role requiring high volume outreach using a variety of methods including phone, Email, video messaging and LinkedIn. The aim is to convert your prospects into long-standing relationships and you are not vertically or geographically aligned meaning you can sell into any industry. Any accounts that you bring to Storm, stay as your own and as your business grows the focus will shift more onto account and relationship management.
Sales Training: Storm Technologies are dedicated to making you the best sales person you can be. Therefore, for each BDE, they have invested in a 7 course Graduate Sales Training programme taken within a 12-month period which is delivered virtually by BMS Performance.
