About The Role.

As the Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our facilities management contracts, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion. You will lead a dedicated team of project managers, coordinators, and support staff to deliver high-quality facilities solutions that align with our clients’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of facilities management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Have a positive, professional attitude with the ability to understand and disseminate technical information clearly and effectively.
Can work without supervision and always use initiative.
Enhanced DBS clearance required.
A legal right to work in the UK.
