Head of Maintenance
Venn Group are working with large public sector organisation to secure the services of a Head of Maintenance
Salary: £54,000 - £61,000 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Location: Kent
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the Maintenance team of circa 50+ responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance activity including Mechanical, Electrical, Building Fabric and Grounds
- Provide direction to teams to deliver cost effective maintenance
- Line manage 4 Managers, Supervisors and Administrators
- Control budgets & provide people management
- Engage with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree in either Mechanical Building Services or a Building Services Degree - this is essential
- Experience with building services on large estates
