Head of Quality Assurance – United Kingdom (Hybrid) – Competitive Package
BioTalent are proud to have partnered with a Pharmaceutical organisation who are looking to onboard a Head of Quality Assurance.
You will play an integral part in the business, helping to implement overall quality strategies and shape the direction of the Quality department.
This role will offer you:
- The ability to shape and make business critical decisions within the organisation with the support and guidance of Senior Leadership.
- A genuinely rewarding role, with the chance to support and develop junior quality professionals’ careers.
- Full autonomy over the quality set up.
You will be responsible for:
- Heading up quality inspections from various regulatory authorities.
- Ensuring QMS is maintained to appropriate standards at all times.
- Line management, helping to coach and develop a motivated group of quality professionals.
You will bring the following:
- Proven leadership experience, with fantastic communication skills.
- Strong background working within the pharmaceutical QA industry, ideally with handing of generic/OTC products.
- Well versed and brilliant understanding of GMP regulations.
