Home Manager required for Ofsted registered children's home Bournemouth Hampshire £38k plus bonusWe have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager to take the next step of becoming a Registered ManagerYou will support our Registered Manager oversee either a 2 bed home or 3 bed home supporting 8-18 year olds with LD ADHD and complex needs.

* You will be able to lead, motivate and enhance the skills of your team and be able to model professionalism and leadership skills.

* The young people display complex learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, and need guidance to develop their independence skills and ability to integrate in to society.

* You will be confident and able to step in to the manager’s shoes in their absence.
