What you will be doing?

You will have a desire to be out and about meeting people in the business (definitely not a keyboard warrior).

Most of all you will be able to win hearts and minds of the team by delivering an exceptional employee experience from start to finish.

• Reporting to Head of HR
• You’ll be go-to HR contact
• Managing a small team of HR advisors
• Working with the Ops Team to deliver a high-quality HR function.

What about you?

There are some non-negotiables.

These are them: -

• Degree in HR or CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5).
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in multi-site environment, in Hospitality or Retail ideal.
• Demonstrable strong experience in managing employee relations.
• Experience of managing HR direct reports.
• Excellent document writing skills, and confident presenting to senior managers and teams.
• Flexible to travel and work hours as needed by the business to support stores and new openings.
