ASH Construction Group has continued to grow year on year and is now widely recognised as a strategic supplier to the Rail and Construction industry.Ash Construction Group are currently recruiting for a Labour Manager in Sevenoaks Ideally looking for a gang who have worked together in the past and is willing to start work ASAP.We are seeking a skilled Labour Manager to oversee workforce management within our rail operations. The Labour Manager will be responsible for ensuring optimal staffing levels, and managing labour resources efficiently.Role & Responsibilities:• Experience in the Rail industry is a must-have for this role; you should have worked in similar positions within this field before.• Being a self-starter is key; you'll need to show initiative and resourcefulness in your work.• Our company values client engagement, so being flexible and open to attending events and meetings is important.• A positive attitude is essential; we thrive on can-do attitudes and outgoing personalities fit right in.• Ensure all workers placed into work are fully compliant with rail standards and UK employment legislation• Ensure workers fully understand their role with the client, the location, time and duration of the works.• Having a valid driving license is necessary.• Given the sensitive nature of the data you'll handle, understanding GDPR and information sensitivity laws is vitalIf you have the necessary skills and qualifications for this role, we invite you to apply.
