Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of games to address strategic and operational business questions
  • Carefully extract conclusions from the data and provide actionable recommendations to shape features, game economies, and product development
  • Work with the marketing department to standardize measurement and build predictive ROAS models
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators meaningfully
  • Coordinate with other departments to execute live-ops and promotions
  • Develop models and tools to ensure data influences decisions at all levels
  • Present your findings frequently to inform the studio and equip team members' decisions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of analytical work experience in the games industry
  • BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field
  • Strong SQL capabilities and experience in querying large, complex data sets
  • A methodological approach to data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
  • Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) - must have.
  • Advanced knowledge in statistical tools and models (R, SAS, advanced statistical tools) - Advantage
  • Great communication skills – you have full professional English skills and can clearly describe data to people from all departments
  • A true passion for understanding consumers’ social gaming behavior and tolerance for ambiguity
