Location:  Kensington, London

Salary:  Excellent package OTE £80 - £100K

You will have significant experience in the sector and will bring a strong track record of growing businesses and building and maintaining trusted relationships with Landlords and Tenants. You will bring local knowledge, a professional outlook and excellent interpersonal and team skills.

The role offers an renumeration package, including a generous commission scheme.

Responsibilities will include: 

Setting performance targets and monitoring progress

Valuations and new instructions

Negotiate and agreeing tenancy terms

Property write ups and picture taking

Looking after and safeguarding keys

Dealing with Lettings enquiries, registering new applicants and discussing their requirements

Liaising with Landlords and Tenants

Arrange and conduct viewings

Deal flow and paperwork (tenancy agreements)

Ensuring that lettings compliance is adhered to

Property Management of your own Tenancies

Experience/skills Required

Experience working in a senior letting or letting management role

Must have a proven track record of generating new instructions and growing revenue

Highly driven and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferably ARLA qualified
