Logistics Coordinator in UK

Job Description

The primary purpose of the Logistics Coordinator is to prepareconsignments of finished goods out of the factory for delivery to Rotork offices and customers worldwide.

As Logistics Coordinator you will work closely with various departments within the business to coordinate the shipping procedure, you will take ownership of despatch shipments liaising with external agencies where required.

The Logistics coordinator will also support in coordinating the importing of components in to the factory.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in a shipping / import / export environment
• Knowledge of international business practices
• Good knowledge of export controls
• Good knowledge of the transport of hazardous goods
