You’re joining a business that is already stable in terms of revenue and brand, but you’ll be working closely with the Director to bring a new segment of the business to life. You will be instrumental in this, and your opinions and expertise will be valued. You’ll be able to set your own strategy, but also have the enjoyment of still physically doing the marketing. This role will also evolve as the company grows, and it’s yours to shape.What you’ll be doing as Marketing Manager: * Work closely with the owner of the business to develop a marketing strategy that aligns to the growth and plans for the company and bring new ideas to life. * Hands on execution of your marketing campaigns from end to end across your chosen channels. * Work alongside the videographer and external agencies to manage the digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, SEO and PPC. * Conduct market research to gather information on consumer preferences, trends, and competitors, and collaborate with the new product development teams to align. * Develop and enhance brand identities, and ensure it is kept consistent across all marketing activity and business units. * Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI. * Manage the marketing budgets, allocating funds, and delivering feedback and reports to the Director, while ensuring spend is optimised. * As the team grows, assist in the recruitment and management of your own team, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the success of the business.Minimum requirements for the Marketing Manager: * Experience with marketing strategy and hands on implementation * Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns, budgets and reporting on ROI * High levels of integrity and ethical conduct * Positive mindset and a want to create and drive growthSalary & Details: * £40 – 45,000 per annum * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Monday – Friday office hours of 9.30am – 5.30pm * Free parkingThis Marketing Manager position is for someone who likes to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
