Summary:

The Partner Onboarding Specialist is responsible for front-line support to new or existing Clients and their trading partners during the Onboarding process to the One Network platform through Data collection or Discovery, Development, Testing, Training, and finally Go Live.

This includes ensuring efficiency and timeliness of tasks related to Onboarding are completed.

This is a client and partner-facing role that requires organizing and leading client/partner-facing status meetings in collaboration with internal, technical, and functional team members with project milestones in mind.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engages and motivates internal team members regarding open tasks related to milestones

• Provides primary oversight to the internal or Client teams in terms of notes and partner updates

• Generate, manage, or track status reports or risk/issue logs

• Collaborates with PMO team to continually review timeline against progress

• Create repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when Onboarding

• Support partner and client emails, calls, and chats during US business hours

• Learn and follow the proper escalation path for unresolved issues or risks

• Willingness to work occasional overlapping hours to touch base with internal or client teams in other time zones as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Aware of Supply Chain fundamentals and terminology

• Understanding of SAP idocs (EDI, API, SFTP) at a high-level in order to coordinate between supplier, carrier, and INTEG team

• Must have prior knowledge of Implementation/Project Management processes

• Possess excellent communication skills (both precise oral and written)

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams (technical, functional internal team members and partners)

• Possess self-motivational and self-starter skills

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with the ability and willingness to adopt new software applications.

· Experience with Jira ticket tracking

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • (2) years of experience in Project/Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • (2) years of Direct Project or Implementation Experience
