Operations Director in Preston

Site Operations Director Preston £130,000 - £150,000 + Car + Private Medical + Relocation + Progression Position for a Site Operations Director to oversee a COMAH plant and work with global counterparts in developing strategy & overall business objectives. This is a fully autonomous role for a site with circa 180 employees with oversight of everything apart from sales & commercial. You will report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to become a board member and rewarded accordingly for this. An ideal applicant will have strong operations / plant management experience, a chemical manufacturing or COMAH / ATEX background, and excellent leadership capabilities. The company are a specialist in their respective field with a presence in 4 continents and 5,000+ employee worldwide. In this role you oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility (Manufacturing, CAPEX, Engineering, Sustainability, HR etc.) whilst working with the CEO to position the business for further and continued growth.
