About You:

As our Payroll and Finance Manager, you are an integral part of our team, bringing your expertise and dedication to the table.

Here are the qualities and qualifications we're looking for:

• Essential 2-3 Years of Finance Experience : You have a proven track record in finance, demonstrating your competence and proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Other Relevant Software : Mastery of Excel and other necessary software is a must for this role.
• Familiarity with Sage and Xero Accounting Platforms : Experience with Sage and Xero is essential for effective management of financial processes.
• Thrives in Deadline-Driven Environments : You excel under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Strong Team Player : You collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to our fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates Independence and Meticulous Attention to Detail : Your ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in financial processes.
• Exceptional Communication Skills : Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are outstanding, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic Understanding of High-Volume Payroll Processes : Knowledge of payroll processes is necessary for this role.

Job Details:

• Type : Full-time
• Salary : £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
