Are you an experienced and skilled Maintenance Plumber seeking a new opportunity to showcase your plumbing expertise? Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering are working with our client, a reputable facilities management company, who are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Plumber to join their team.

  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.Diagnosing plumbing issues and efficiently performing necessary repairs to restore functionality.Installing, connecting, and maintaining plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.Responding promptly to emergency plumbing calls and addressing urgent issues to minimise disruptions.Collaborating with facility management teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.Recommending and implementing improvements to plumbing systems for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including detailed service reports and documentation.

    • About you:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications i.e. City & GuildsStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation techniques.Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clear maintenance reports.A valid and full UK driving licence.
